Refund policy



Pursuant to Art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the Customer acting as Consumer, within the time limit of 14 working days from the day of delivery of the Product may exercise the right of withdrawal, obtaining the refund of the amounts paid for the purchase of the Product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be advised that Sale and pre-order items can not be returned.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred in a purchase.

We will then be in touch with you to provide you with the return instructions, which state that you are free to send back the item via your own method.  Please be advised that as we are a small non profit organisation, we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage for your return to ensure we receive the item. We cannot complete a return if the item is lost whilst being returned to us. 

Please note Return is not available for NON-EU Countries (excluding UK).


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
